I am an Associate Professor of Public Administration and Policy and Statistics (by courtesy) at the University of Georgia, and a faculty affiliate at the UGA Institute for Artificial Intelligence.

My research asks two related questions: how technology changes the way we govern ourselves, and how AI is changing the way science itself gets made. I work at the intersection of the science of science and research integrity; technology, AI and democratic governance, and computational and causal inference methods. My work has appeared in the American Political Science Review, the Journal of Democracy, and Public Administration Review, among other venues.
